Re-roofing a bungalow in Bolton.

Removal of existing roof. Fixing new vapour permeable sarking membrance and treated timber battens. Then install new Marley concrete tiles and all necessary lead flshings. On the back of the roof mae repairs to existing uPVC cladding and on the front installing three new Velux roof windows.
